Using imgflow.io implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using the service.
imgflow.io is a web tool for compressing, converting, resizing, cropping, rotating and renaming digital images, offered in two modes:
• Free Plan: no account required, limited to 20 images per batch, basic features.
• Pro Plan (€9/month): account required, unlimited processing, all features.
• Agency Plan (€25/month): everything in Pro plus multiple workspaces and API access.
You agree not to: upload images that infringe third-party rights; attempt to access unsubscribed features; use the service for unlawful activities; reverse-engineer or decompile the application; or intentionally overload the servers.
All intellectual property rights in imgflow.io, including code, design, brand and content, belong to Site Factory Digital Agency S.L or its licensors. Your images remain yours — we claim no rights over files you process with imgflow.io.
Free Plan: processing is done entirely in your browser. Your images are not sent to any server.
Pro AI features (background removal, upscaling): these features send images to external API providers for processing. By using them you accept those providers' terms. Images are processed and deleted according to their policies.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds unless required by applicable consumer law.
imgflow.io is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
